2023 Ivan Haynes Memorial Educational Scholarships

SETRA is proud to announce that we are currently accepting applications for the 2023 Ivan Haynes Memorial Educational scholarships. $8000 in scholarships will be awarded this year to qualified applicants. Eligibility includes upcoming high school students planning on pursuing higher education, as well as, current college students working on their degree. The applicants need to be affiliated with SETRA in that they are members, family of members, are otherwise active in SETRA events.

Applications need to be in no later than 01/30, and will be reviewed and awarded at the awards ceremony in Sumter on 02/04. The application form is on the SETRA website and is dated 2018 but is the correct form.

Entries along with a short narrative on why you should receive the scholarship and how it will assist you in your future should be mailed to Ricky Dennis, scholarship, Master Craft Auto and Truck, 10300 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC. 29229.

This year SETRA celebrates 20 years of giving scholarships to deserving students and has awarded over $50,000 in this time.
