The awards ceremony and membership meeting will be held the night before the Sumter Enduro at “The Lodge”, Mill Creek Park, 7995 Milford Plantation Road, Pinewood, SC 29125 on 02/04/2023.
The membership meeting to elect board members(not a rule changing meeting), will be at 4:30 – 5:30 and you must be a SETRA member to attend. We will be serving dinner, at no charge, to attendees of the awards ceremony from 5:30-6:30 and if you plan to eat you must RSVP by sending an email to doranappraisals@gmail.com.
The awards ceremony will begin at 6:30 PM with special awards from Enduro Engineering and XC Gear, as well as, trophies, jackets, and $20,000 in fly bucks being presented to this year’s champions. Also the Haynes Scholarship winners will be recognized ($8000). There will SETRA arrows from the SERMA clubhouse to “The Lodge”.
