Interested in holding a SETRA sanctioned event?
The SETRA calendar runs from August to June of each year. The Board votes in the calendar in mid July. An event may be added during the racing year with 2 months advance notice to the membership (plus add 2 more weeks for the Board to discuss and vote). New promoters are urged to discuss their event with a SETRA Officer or Board Representative.
Print the pdf form below and submit 90 days before your event or before June 30
Applications will be reviewed and voted by the Board. If the Board votes NOT to sanction then all fees will be promptly returned.
