Interstate Shootout HS Course Shaping Up

Posted on Updated on

The Interstate Shootout HS course is coming together nicely for the Oct 25th Hare Scramble just a week away.  The 8.5 mile course will feature lots of new single track, some open woods trail, windy trail through the brush, a real creek crossing and even a lap around the flat track (fun!). Trail has good flow and the layout crew has put in a tremendous effort to insure it can be ridden by all skill levels without bottlenecks.
AA Pro Class awards for 1st ($1,500), 2nd ($700), 3rd ($500) through 10th ($200) places, a Womens Pro Class with awards for 1st ($300) through 5th ($65) places.  A Tire to Overall A, B & C winners plus prizes from DP brakes, Twin Air Filters, Evans anti-freeze, Cerinics, and Cracker Barrel gift cards to other amateur class riders.

Fresh trail with nice flow and a free bike wash with every lap. Possible bonus gear wash, too.
Free camping in nice flat areas, a shower house, parts & accessory vendors and concessions by Pizza Plus so come out, come hungry and have a good fun weekend.
