Remove Page 14 / #14: “Once a rider is promoted – or self-promotes himself – he must ride for at least one season (i.e. receiving riding points for a minimum of five runs) in the higher class before he can petition to return to a lower class. Any exception to this rule must be approved by the competition committee.” Replace with, “Allow riders to move back after 1 season/per ranking ability and a minimum of 2 runs.
Add to the Rule Book, SETRA will have no more than 16 Hare Scrambles per year/season.
Change in Annual Membership Meeting: For 2007/2008 Season only, there will be 17 Hare Scrambles. (11 races count for the year)
Eliminate the 4-Strk Class for Enduro and Hare Scrambles
0-250 4-Strk may ride in the 0–200cc classes, for both Enduro and Hare Scrambles. 251 & above 4-Strk’s will ride in the Open Class. No kits allowed.
Make the age for Vet Class the same in Enduro and Hare Scrambles. Change the Vet Hare Scramble age from 30 to 35.
Make the age classes the age instead of Vet, Senior, Super Senior, Masters, Golden Masters.

If a rider does not follow correct sign up procedures at a Hare Scramble, including checking with the scorekeeper, a penalty will be assessed, up to not being scored.
No pitting in the designated scoring area at a Hare Scramble, upon penalty up to disqualification.
