According to the SETRA rule book riders may be removed from the membership for any of the following: Un sportsman like conduct, Endangering the life or limb of other riders or spectators or officials.Due to the recent incedents the SETRA board of Directors have decided to implement the following

 

1st offense DQed from the race and a 3 race suspension!

2nd offense will be suspended for the remainder of that season.

3rd offense will be suspended for Life.

 

3 SETRA Seasons will apply ( first offense will carry for 3 racing seasons and will go away if no 2nd offense occurs in those next 3 seasons.)

I'm sorry that it has come to this with all the law suits going around we have to put a stop to all this aggressive racing. I know I personally do NOT want one of the young kids standing and watching the race to get hurt or pick up any BAD HABITS. The race stops at the scoring start sign no matter what lap it is.

This rule is effective immediately.
